We conducted customer rating 2018 of National Development Agency

SICA Team has successfully conducted “Customer rating 2018” of National Development Agency, Regulatory Agency of Government.

The project aims to study and analyze the citizens’ attitudes on the quality, non-bureaucracy and promptness of the implementation of policies, performance and outcomes, and accessibility of services to citizens and define the future policy and activities to be implemented.

The survey was conducted within 550 citizens and 55 organizations representatives from Bayangol, Bayanzurkh and Khan-Uul district of Ulaanbaatar and Bayankhongor, Darkhan-Uul, Khovd and Khuvsgul aimag of provinces.
